Epilepsy Glasses - Calm
Product Description
Based on a 2006 study of photosensitive epilepsy patients, Chadwick Optical’s Z Blue lenses provide a non-invasive solution for managing photosensitive epilepsy. They work by filtering specific light wavelengths that are associated with seizures.
The study found a 94% reduction in photosensitivity among patients who used these filters, which establishes the importance of spectral filtration in epilepsy management. Our Z Blue tint is tailored to block the exact wavelengths identified in this research.
The Sight Soothe Calm Frame is designed for a comfortable and secure fit, featuring a construction of lightweight plastic and durable spring hinges. A low-profile saddle bridge rests gently on the nose, while the gently curving straight temples ensure the frame stays snug and stable during use.
Frame Size: 51/18/136
Inner Frame Width: 131mm
