Processing & Delivery Timelines
We work quickly to get your order out the door. Most standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after you receive your confirmation email. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
⚠️ Note for Custom Orders: Because we specialize in precision optics, custom-made items like specialty glasses, custom lens kits, or temporarily out-of-stock products will take extra time to build and fulfill. We will keep you updated on timelines, and you will receive a secondary email notification the moment your order officially ships.
Please note that high order volumes or shipping carrier delays can occasionally occur due to variables outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Carrier Options
You get to choose how your order travels! Shipping costs and delivery speeds depend entirely on your delivery location, as well as the final size and weight of your package. All live carrier rates, delivery estimates, and provider choices are calculated instantly and displayed clearly for you during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
No guessing games required. As soon as your package is picked up by the courier, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. You can also check on your order status at any time by dropping us a line at shopchadwick@chadwickoptical.com—we're always happy to look it up for you.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using dynamic carrier selection (primarily UPS and USPS) tailored specifically to your country at checkout.
Custom shipping: If our website does not display a shipping choice for your country during checkout, please contact us directly. We will be happy to set up a manual, custom shipping solution for your order.
⚠️ Duties, Customs, and Taxes: International shipping charges paid at checkout cover transit costs only. Your order does not include local customs duties, import fees, or regional taxes. Any such fees are set by your local government and must be paid by you directly upon delivery.
